Sentinel Holdings I LLC is a privately held U.S.-based company established in 2019 to serve as the centralized owner of intellectual property across a group of affiliated businesses.

We hold trademarks, domain portfolios, brand assets, proprietary software, creative materials, and other intangible assets. Our affiliated companies license and use these assets through internal arrangements, while we handle the administrative side — registration, renewals, recordkeeping, and governance.

The purpose is straightforward: by placing IP ownership under a dedicated entity, we keep clean records, reduce legal complexity, and ensure these assets are preserved long-term regardless of changes within any individual operating company.
